Who will be there on the day?
Either Steven or Noah will be the main shooters at your wedding, depending on the package you chose. If your package includes more than 2 shooters, we have a team of individuals that we trust greatly.
Do we get a free engagement shoot?
You absolutely do! Over the years of shooting weddings we have found that giving our clients a free local engagement shoot with any package gives the couple more value to their package. It's the perfect opportunity for you to get to know the crew and to have a bunch of fun!
Do you shoot family photos at the wedding?
Most definitely, weddings are all about family and friends coming together to witness two families joining together in the name of love. Capturing family and friends together makes for a timeless piece of history that will last forever.
If you have a list of family photos you want taken, we have found it is best to give a copy of the list to an extroverted (loud) family member, groomsman and/or bridesmaid. It definitely helps if they know who everyone is so they can round them up quickly!
Can we give you a shot list to go off?
You definitely can, in fact we encourage it. On the actual day we won't work off any shot list, our style is very in the moment and candid. If you wish to send through some MUST haves on your day we will take a look at it and make sure we include them in our collection.
How does the booking process work?
First, you fill out our enquiry form, we will send you an email with all of the package information, once you have chosen which package you wanted to book in, we will send you over a basic questionnaire and a contract to secure your booking. Lastly we require a non-refundable 50% retainer to book your date in. The final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
How will we receive our photos/videos?
You will receive an online copy and a personalised USB delivered to your doorstep!
How long before we get our photos/video?
We give ourselves 6 weeks after the wedding date to edit the photos of your day and 10-12 weeks to finalise the videos.
How far will you travel?
We love travelling to new places to shoot so we already have factored in travel costs into our packages, reach out to us and we can discuss travel further!
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured with public liability.
Do you shoot enlopements?
We absolutely do! We would be more than happy to send you our elopement packages, just reach out!
Do you shoot cultured weddings?
You bet we do, having shot the majority of our weddings in Sydney, we have been given the opportunity to shoot a few different cultured weddings such as English, Indian, Indian Sikh, Lebanese and American. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to capture more! We are always open to experiencing new cultures and traditions
